I love my work! It is very rewarding. I feel fortunate to be working in the fields of therapeutic massage and in yoga for a couple of decades.
I love hearing things like “I feel so much better!” almost every time my clients leave a massage therapy or yoga session.
I really like helping people feel supported and inspired.
I like using my knowledge, my past professional experience and my natural gifts to create a unique class or a therapy session specific for a client’s needs that day.
I have always been creative and I have always thrived on intellectual stimulation and personal connection. Each session is a different opportunity and challenge for me to help someone.
I use a blend of different techniques I have training and experience in to create a session that is unique. For each class or appointment, I use many factors such as injury, mood, current and past issues to create an optimal session.
I am happy to be of support to my clients. I am glad to offer professional expertise with my welcoming, friendly, and centered attitude.
Thank you for being here,
Jan
